SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

The shipping costs are paid by the recipient.

Shipments in Italy:

  • €8.50 shipping with courier, 2-3 business days with tracking number.

International shipment:

  • €15 shipping with courier, delivery times vary depending on the country.

The exact amount will be automatically calculated by the website once the order is placed.

Tracking: Each shipment is marked with a tracking number and can be traced through the courier service assigned for the shipment.

Packaging:

We recommend checking the integrity of the package at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of damaged or broken packages, please notify us immediately.

WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Return policy statement :

The customers who have purchased products through the website have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with SARAJISANTARELLI within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

SARAJISANTARELLI will reimburse the value of the product, excluding shipping costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, certain rules must be followed, such as the product being in "like new" condition, perfectly packaged, and in impeccable condition.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated, SARAJISANTARELLI will reimburse the sums already collected for the purchase of the products, excluding shipping costs.

The return shipment is made directly by the customer at their own expense.

The statement also notes that if the terms and conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller. 

SARAJISANTARELLI will not be responsible for refunding or compensating for products shipped but never received, lost, or damaged during shipping, as it is the responsibility of the customer.

Article 7, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 gives you the right to request an updated list of the subjects who may become aware of the processed data. As an interested party, you may exercise all the rights guaranteed by art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 against the Data Controller at any time. Below is the detail of the cited article.

Art. 7 - Legislative Decree 196/2003 Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

  2. The interested party has the right to obtain indication of: a. the origin of personal data; b. the purposes and methods of processing; c. the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d. the identification details of the controller, of the processors, and of the designated representative pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2; e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, processors or appointees.

  3.
